Customer agrees to pay, in advance of each monthly service term

Customer agrees to a no-refund policy in advance. All payments to JOBZONEUSA.COM are nonrefundable. Setup fees and monthly service fees are non-refundable.

Non-Payment of services shall result in a 5-day notice of disconnection. All payment failures must be cured within 5 business days from invoice due date or account will be suspended. Account termination will result from invoices overdue for 30 days.

JOBZONEUSA.COM is not and shall not responsible for data integrity for any accounts that are terminated, disconnected, or interrupted because of Customer’s failure to pay.

Payments made to outside businesses and third parties shall be handled by the terms set by the third party provider. This includes but is not limited to any purchases made by a visitor to JOBZONEUSA.COM who makes use of products or services displayed in our Advertising Banners, Affiliate Programs or Amazon.com Shop. The owners of JOBZONEUSA.COM have no control or way to monitor transactions made between visitors to this site and third party businesses.
