As American Airlines are going out of business and cutting back Australia has also been effected by the price of Jet Fuel.

Quantas Airlines has decided to cut 1500 jobs and will cancel plans to add 1200 jobs they thought would be needed.  Two Overseas Call Centers will be closed and 22 airplanes will be retired.
