Canada Is Following The USA Into A Sales Economy

For the first time Canada now has more workers in sales jobs then they do in manufacturing.

With 1,790,000 retail jobs on average last year, compared to 1,800,000 in manufacturing which has fallen since 2000 when over 2 million were employed in the manufacturing sector.

Unfortunately failing economies have shipped jobs in manufacturing from the US to Canada and now even those jobs have gone to China and other countries.

Forestry is one of the hardest hit industries with 10% permanent loss of employment since 2003.

If Canada has its eyes open they should prepare for what has hit the United States.

Lower incomes, Higher Taxes and their Social Programs will be left in the dust while jobs leave the country and foreign labor both legal and illegal displaces Canadians holding livable wage jobs in their own country.
