The Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship Program provides outstanding citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan with the opportunity to pursue graduate study at the master’s level in the United States. Students are chosen in the fields of business administration, economics, education, environmental management and policy, international affairs, journalism and mass communications, law, library and information science, public health and public policy. The fellows are selected and paid by the Muskie Program.If you are accepted, you will participate in this program for 3 month(s).
