The primary goal of the CIRLA Fellows Program is to recruit new librarians to the profession of research librarianship, targeting people from under served populations from two constituencies: students who are currently enrolled in or accepted to graduate library school programs; and para professionals currently employed by a CIRLA library. The Program offers full or part time employment for up to three (3) years, and is designed to enhance the profession with a cohort of well-trained and experienced librarians who can readily assume positions in research libraries, or other types of libraries in the near future. If you are accepted, you will participate in this program for 3 year(s).
