The University of Illinois Tuition will see an increase of 10 percent next year, and fees are to rise 6 percent.
University of Penn will see tuition increases for 2008-09 and the total annual undergraduate cost will be $48,000 however for students with family incomes less then $90,000 there will be no tuition cost and for families under $40,000 both board and tuition will be waived.
